Refund and Returns Policy
1. Service Fee (USD $4,000)
The DOSCARS service fee of $4,000 is non-refundable.
By paying this fee, you acknowledge and agree that it is used immediately for service operations, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle reservation attempts and holds
- Dealer/auction outreach and negotiation calls
- Processing and coordination work
- Documentation and export paperwork preparation
- Administrative and compliance handling
Because these services begin as soon as your request is accepted, the fee is earned and non-refundable.
2. Vehicle Returns
All vehicle transactions are final.
Vehicles sourced, purchased, or arranged through DOSCARS cannot be returned.
3. No Cancellations After Processing Begins
Once service execution begins (including reservation attempts, sourcing activity, or paperwork processing), cancellation does not create eligibility for a refund of the $4,000 service fee.

Any exception applies only if required by applicable law.

1) رسوم الخدمة (4,000 دولار أمريكي)
رسوم خدمة دوس كارز البالغة 4,000 دولار أمريكي غير قابلة للاسترداد.
عند دفع هذه الرسوم، فإنك تقر وتوافق على أنها تُستخدم مباشرة في تنفيذ الخدمة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- بدء وحجز السيارة ومحاولات تأكيد التوفر
- التواصل مع الوكلاء أو المزادات والتفاوض
- متابعة الإجراءات التشغيلية والتنسيق
- إعداد وتجهيز مستندات وأوراق التصدير
- الأعمال الإدارية والامتثال
وبما أن تنفيذ الخدمة يبدأ فور قبول الطلب، فإن هذه الرسوم تعتبر مستحقة وغير قابلة للاسترداد.
2) إرجاع السيارات
جميع معاملات السيارات نهائية.
السيارات التي يتم توفيرها أو شراؤها أو ترتيبها عبر دوس كارز لا يمكن إرجاعها.
3) الإلغاء بعد بدء المعالجة
بعد بدء تنفيذ الخدمة (بما في ذلك محاولات الحجز، البحث والتوفير، أو تجهيز الأوراق)، لا يترتب على الإلغاء أي حق في استرداد رسوم الخدمة البالغة 4,000 دولار أمريكي.
4) الاستثناءات
لا تُطبق أي استثناءات إلا إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب القوانين السارية.
